It appears to me that if I connect github account to one of the organizations within the self-hosted server I'm not able to use it inside another organization. appwrite thinks it's not connected then

Summary

GitHub integration issue: Bug found preventing integration within the same organization. Possible certificate duplication causing errors. User advised to report bug and provide more details/error logs for troubleshooting.

in 2.0.0 SH they seems to go single org now, when migrating from 1.9 to 2.0 basicly all my projects got moved to one org : https://discord.com/channels/564160730845151244/1545738972137914398

Maybe, but after digging some more I'm not able to make it work even in the same organization. One project - one github account. That's 100% a bug so i will report it

also if your talking of the VCS, make sure the certificate didn't duplicated the \ , it can happen with the web installer

also if possible could you share more details ? like what error do you see and also if possible containers logs if there is errors
